Use the doubts, the signs that you can’t write today. Take a walk instead, best would be to walk everyday. I call it the Productive Procrastination. Many see it as a bad thing, but it’s unavoidable, and me, and also others, believe it’s our body, gut telling us something. E.g. Tim Urban from Wait But Why is also big on procrastination. He says the same. He hates to procrastinate sometimes, but that’s how his brain works, and where he gets some insights he wouldn’t have gotten without.
